After our small medical office had new flooring put in, the exam rooms still had a gritty film on the counters and door frames. The commercial cleaning services professional I hired spent about three hours working through each room and used a HEPA vacuum before wiping the surfaces by hand. A small moment that stood out was watching the cleaner pull dust from the top of the wall-mounted soap dispenser, which I had missed completely. By the next morning, the rooms smelled neutral instead of like construction, and opening for patients felt a lot less stressful.
